Southpark 10 - The Game

Although my absolutely favourite mobile game is still Madagascar 2 from the ones that I downloaded, I thought I would like to add a new game to my collection, since there are so many of them at Jamster.

So I decided to download South Park 10 the mobile game version. They say it contains the best scenes from the first 10 series. I have to say some of the scenes look absolutely hilarious, but the jump n run action is really fun.

Simcity Metropolis

SimCity was the first computer game I have ever played, so I thought it is time now to call back old memories and get the mobile game on my phone. The new edition of SimCity is calles Metropolis, this is the follow up of Simcity Societies.

My first impression was a surprise that the game gives just as much fun on the mobile display as it did on the monitor. The design is fantastic, the city builds itself almost on its own. The option to focus on just one challenge each level makes it easy to play the game anywhere you are and it does not necesseraly needs your full attention all the time.

In all honesty, who did not want to be a major of a capital city ever? I hope I will be reelected!

Pokermillion 2009 - The Bluff

Poker was always one of my favourite board games, so I thought i try out the mobile game version of the Poker million series. It´s called The Bluff and it contains six different poker games including Texas Hold´em and Omaha among others.

A cool feature is that the game has an actual story, gangsters kidnap your brother and you have to find and save him. The story goes on and on as your gaming is proceeding. The design has the gangster team fitting the story.

EA Sports FIFA 09

I decided to download this football game as the next on my mobile phone. I liked online football manager games, played with one for a whole summer two years ago. This one is not much about managing, rather playing soccer.

There are two modes available in the game, season mode and challenge mode. I choose the challenge mode to play first, it looks really cool how the pass, tackle and shoot are displayed on my device. The side-on view is looking great, the passes are partly too perfect for my taste with the help of precision passing, it´s not that challenging. Let´s see when i will become the champion.

Madagascar - Escape from Africa

I just downloaded the mobile game version of Madagascar: Escape from Africa, it´s super cute! The characters look really similar to the ones in the original movie, i especially heart the lion.

It´s a bit just like all the jump and run games, but it´s really cute how Alex is jumping all over the place and collects the points. Also the other characters of the movie are there in the mobile game version, like Marty, Melman or Gloria.

The story is a really easy one, basicly you have to get out of this African adventure, cut your way out of the jungle. So far I haven´t quite managed to finish the game but I guess it will be no problem soon.

Tomb Raider - Underworld

I always loved Lara Croft, especially since Angelina Jolie played her in Tomb Raider. I thought, since I already have this action club subscription from Jamster, i will make the most out of it and download as many games as possible. I guess the next will be the new Madagascar; Escape From Africa, but i wanted to have Tomb Raider first.

I like the graphic a lot, i´ve heared it´s almost as good as the console version. I don´t have a console myself so I can´t compare, but the mobile game version looks really cool. I like the way Lara is marching her way through the game, and it´s especially cool how you can switch between views in 3D, just like in the cinema.

I´m not sure yet how many levels there are because I couldn´t finish the game so far.

Need For Speed Undercover

I´ve just downloaded the new mobile game from Need For Speed, it´s called Undercover. Some internet magazins dissed about the console version saying the picture is getting dizzy at some points and stuff. I may be lucky (or simply just blind) but the version for mobile devices is really cool in my opinion! The choice of cars is great, my favourite is the Porsche 911, the car of my dreams.

I like the design of the car crashes, and it is really entertaining when the police is after you. The racing places aren´t necessarely very surpring, it´s usually happening in a city environment, although the underground races do look spectacular.

I like the game so far big time, so far I can almost always make a better time, i´m curious for how long.
